Working with the Ivy Group on the sale of my home and then the purchase of my new home in the Jacksonville area was an absolute pleasure. As a first time seller they provided unparalleled support and a wealth of honest advise that got us seamlessly to the closing table right on my timeline. Kasey and Melanie recently helped me to sell my Florida condo in a very difficult market. In an era when it seems that many real estate agents list a property then simply sit back and monitor requests for showings generated on the listing sites, they provided old-fashioned hands-on service. They showed the property to their own interested clients, actively followed up on showings by other agents, communicated their results to me and accordingly made adjustments as needed to move forward. When repairs were needed they found appropriate contractors, especially helpful since I had moved out of the area. Despite low turnout for open houses, they spent their own precious time conducting them on multiple occasions. I commend them for their professionalism, tenacity, and respect for their clients.

Ritter Soares team was outstanding! After six months on the market with a different broker and nearly no showings, We followed Ritter Soares advice and made some minor changes to the home and the staging.
We listed it with them and within a matter of weeks we had a near full price offer and closed in just a few weeks after that.
They were incredibly responsive, always available and overall excellent brokers that will work hard for their clients.

Kasey and Catarina did above and beyond. My husband, my daughter and myself were in town only for a few days, they show us all the house we requested and then some. We saw homes from in St. Augustine to Jacksonville and ended finding Ponte Vetra. We found the perfect home in Nocatee. Kasey and Catarina helps us the beginning to the end . They evening from a cleaning person to have the whole house, even in the inside cabinets . They got me the phone numbers for everything I needed. It’s a little more difficult living in the Connecticut.
I would Recommend Kasey and Catarina to any one!!

Kasey Ritter was knowledgeable, kind and energetic. She made this process effortless on our part. We met with Kasey and her partner on Thursday. They had wonderful professional pictures taken that very day. The listing was posted Friday afternoon and the condo was sold for full asking price on Saturday! Inspection, repairs and walk-through were seamless, with Kasey always in attendance. Even the closing was on time and easy. Kasey did an outstanding job gathering comparable prices and presenting a cogent plan. She put together a package advertising nearby parks, schools and other perks. My family would highly recommend Kasey for anyone buying or selling property!

Kasey and Catarina from First Coast Sotheby’s realty did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them if you are ever looking to buy or sell in the Jacksonville area.
My condo sold in 33 days because of Kasey and Catarina’s hard work and professionalism. They were fun to work with and went out of their way to make sure the sale happened seamlessly.
