Rosemary Jackson brings vision, energy, and integrity to every real estate transaction. With a diverse background spanning real estate, finance, design, marketing, and event planning, she offers clients a rare blend of creativity, precision, and strategic insight. A former Director of Marketing, PR & Events for Flagler Development, Rosemary also founded Brocade Partners, serving both residential and commercial firms with marketing and PR solutions.

She’s a founding member of CREW Jacksonville and remains active with ULI North Florida, mentoring high school students through its Urban Plan program. Rosemary’s lifelong passion for real estate began in Amelia Island Plantation, where her family has deep roots. Today, she serves clients throughout Jacksonville, Amelia Island, The Beaches, Ortega, San Marco, and beyond.

 When not working, Rosemary enjoys time with her husband and two sons, tennis, reading, and visits to her hometown of Thomasville, GA. Known for her design eye, attention to detail, and dedication, Rosemary delivers an exceptional client experience at every price point.

Kasey Ritter brings discipline, energy, and a deep-rooted understanding of real estate to every client relationship. Originally from Greensboro, NC, Kasey earned a Division I soccer scholarship at NC State and later completed her Master’s in Environmental Engineering at the University of Florida, where she and her husband became loyal Gator fans.

Her early career included designing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects for a national engineering firm, which laid the foundation for her appreciation of how land, neighborhoods, and home values evolve. Alongside her husband, Kasey has invested in and developed numerous communities across Northeast Florida, collaborating with top national homebuilders.

A San Marco resident since 2003, Kasey combines her technical background, design experience, and natural charisma to serve her real estate clients with excellence. She and her husband are raising four children and remain active in the community—including youth sports, which Kasey proudly coaches. Her integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her a trusted advisor across all price points.

Catarina Soares brings a global perspective and a strong business foundation to her real estate practice. Born and raised in Brazil, she is fluent in English and Portuguese and understands Spanish, embodying the international flair that defines Sotheby’s. After earning a post-graduate degree in Strategic Management from Harvard, Catarina began her U.S. career in banking, which sparked her passion for real estate.

While living in Gainesville, she earned her Master’s in Real Estate with highest honors from the University of Florida. Her team’s winning Capstone Project—now known as Reynolds Park—was selected by top Florida developers for its viability and vision.

Catarina has worked in both personal and commercial lending, blending her financial expertise with design, staging, and market insight. Since settling in Jacksonville in 2010, she has built a successful real estate career while raising her two children with her husband, a pediatric dentist. Clients praise Catarina for her professionalism, warmth, sharp instincts, and tailored, data-driven guidance.
